However these days the modern Arabic music has changed a lot and now it has an international appeal too. Previously there used to be harem singers too but now days have changed. Many musicians are now working on Arabic tune for its freshness. Arabic music started becoming global since 1970’s and now the type of Arabic music we hear is known as the modern and globalized Arabic tune. In time of 1970 the Arabic pop has born and till then it has touched many hearts. Arabic music has become a bit westernized but it still has the essence and freshness in it. Arabic music is a perfect blend of eastern and western music. Ehab Tawfik, Hakim, Latifa, Samira said and many other famous Arabic singers have followed the westernized Arabic style and it really has a long way to go.
